話合いとFDは、ベースラインと比較して全ての指標ににおいて、食料消費を無機野菜から有機野菜に大幅にシフトさせた
FDは人々の食品消費を持続的に変化させる大きな可能性を示している
さらにFDは、グループに適用すると最も効果的に変化する。これは、同じビジョン、ミッション、戦略を共有するグループ内の共感、感情移入、仲間効果による可能性がある。
